Tenant Satisfaction Measures reports

The Regulator of Social Housing has drawn up Tenant Satisfaction Measures so that tenants of social housing providers can see how well their landlord is managing their homes and neighbourhoods.

Every two years, starting in April 2024, we must publish how well we’re doing against these measures.

How we’re doing

In July and August 2023, Acuity Research and Practice, an independent market research company, carried out our first survey to see how we’re doing against the new measures. You can see their report below.

We aim to carry out a new survey and publish a new report here every two years. We’ll also share information about the survey and results on our social media and publish a summary of the results in our tenants’ newsletter, WHAt’s Up!
