About Us
Wyedean Housing Association (WHA) is a registered provider of social housing. You can see us on the list of registered providers on the government’s website, GOV.UK.
The society was set up in 1974 to provide affordable housing in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. Since then, we’ve expanded into south Herefordshire.
Today, we have more than 450 properties in over 25 locations, including estates of 40 plus homes in market towns and single homes in villages.
We run a letting scheme for private owners
We own or manage over 450 rented homes
WHA is the largest housing association in the Forest of Dean (excluding large scale voluntary transfers)
We co-own homes with tenants under the shared ownership scheme
Have homes in more than 25 locations
Have homes for single people, families and the elderly
