How it works
Your property must be in a suitable condition and location and able to be let for an appropriate rent. Because we offer our tenants secure housing, you must also be willing to agree to a minimum four-year lease with us.
We will then manage the property on your behalf. We will let it in the same way as our properties, to applicants on the housing register on an assured shorthold tenancy.
The benefits to you
Although we have to let the property at below the market rate, you’re guaranteed the rent throughout the lease, whether or not a tenant is living there. The rent is also index-linked to keep pace with inflation.
Plus, you can leave everything to us, including all routine repairs and maintenance.
