STAIRs
The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) is a new government standard requiring housing associations to provide tenants with access to key information about how their landlord manages homes and services.
From 1 April 2027, you will also have the right to request information we hold about how we manage social housing. We will provide more information on how you can do this before the new requirement begins.
